Before you buy Placement Assist credits, please ensure you have logged in to your 'My haaa Account'. To begin, select the package you want to buy and click Click here to get started.

You can now start buying credits. Click on the 'Buy Credits' button.

Type the number of credits you would like to buy in the box provided and then click 'Add to Cart'. For example, this user wants to buy 1 credit.

Once you have added the item to your shopping cart, you will see a summary of the ordered items and the total price. You can choose to continue shopping or click the 'Checkout' button to finalise your payment.

The payment process is simple. Firstly you will need to fill in your billing information. If you have received an Offer Credit or Coupon, please enter it in the space provided. Click 'Next step' to continue.

Choose your payment method. We accept credit card, bank transfer, cheque and BPAY. Click 'Next step' to continue.

Finally, enter your payment details. When you have provided all necessary information, click 'Place My Order' to submit your order.

Once you have placed your order, you will be taken to this confirmation page. If you paid by credit card, you will be able to start using Placement Assist straight away. If you paid by cheque, bank transfer or BPAY, it may take us 3 – 5 business days to process your order and receive your payment. Your invoice/receipt for this transaction can now be viewed and printed from your 'My haaa Account' at your convenience.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Ensure you are logged in to your 'My haaa Account' to access your credits and return to the Overview of the Placement Assist package that you purchased credits for. Click click here to get started and you will now see the following page with your credits visible. Click 'Create New Request' to begin using this online service, you will see the page following. Click "Create New Request" and start enjoying our service.

If you purchased Package 1 (Vacancy Notifications) and you have not found a suitable vacancy within the 30 day period allocated, you will be given the option to resubmit your Vacancy Notifications request at a discounted price from the 'My Placement Assist' menu in your 'My haaa Account'.
