Fill out the registration form and select "I am an Aged Care or Retirement Living facility". Complete the information about your facility and click on the "Register" button. When you log in to your account, click on "My Account - My Facilities" which will give you the option to link more facilities to your account if necessary.

Please click "My Account" on top of this page and enter your username and password to login.
If you have forgotten your password, click here to create a new password.
After you have logged in, go to "My Account" and then click on "My Facilities" on the left menu:

If you do not have any facilities linked to your account, click on the link to link a facility to your account:

If you have facilities linked to your account, click on the link "Manage Bed Vacancies" to manage the bed vacancies:

If you want to link more facilities to your account, click on the "Link facilities to your account" and follow the prompts:

You will receive "Vacancy Expiry Notice" if you have provided your email address to us.
You can change the email address at any time. Just log in to "My haaa Account" and go to "My Facilities - My Facility Profile":

Click on the facility's name:

And update the facility's email:
