Country Club Lodge is a Government funded facility offering both high and low level care.

Country Club Lodge on the Mornington Peninsula provides superior aged care in a luxurious and relaxed atmosphere. We offer safety for all our residents in a home-like environment, ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity.

Social activity within the centre itself and within the community surrounds are encouraged so that our residents remain socially active. Our Activities Coordinator provides daily activities and encourages participation and involvement. Entertainers visit regularly to provide music and entertainment whilst enjoying the company of others.

Country Club Lodge is a low care residential aged care facility. It is here to make life in your later years a full and enriched experience.

We offer a full range of residential accommodation to suit your specific needs.

Country Club Lodge also offers a range of services and activities to encourage an active and interesting lifestyle. Residents can access many services right here in the facility including:

  • Hairdressing, Beautician, Podiatry, Massage, Physiotherapy and other rehabilitation services as required.
  • Pharmaceutical services.
  • General Practitioners and Dentists of the resident's choice.
  • Regular outings and activities.
  • Gentle exercise programs.

Resident is responsible for payments to external providers.

Our home-like environment gives you comfort with the security of knowing that help is always at hand if you need it.

You have independence and privacy and many spacious areas to share with family and friends.

Country Club Lodge has carefully chosen staff that we know will treat our residents with courtesy, respect and ensure that resident's individual needs are met. The dining rooms and lounge have air conditioning.

Residents' rooms all have en-suite, fan and heating. You are encouraged to bring favourite items and make your room your own.

We are able to provide a range of care levels, assisting residents with their individual health needs. We can provide assistance with daily routines including:

  • Showering, bathing, shaving & oral care.
  • Toileting.
  • Mobility.
  • Medications and diabetic management.
  • Nutritional needs.
  • Bed making
  • Laundry Service - no ironing or dry cleaning

Our staff are available and on call 24 hours a day to assist residents whenever required. Each resident has access to a range of services, such as Medical Practitioners, physiotherapist, aromatherapy, massage, music therapist, podiatrist, beauty therapist, dietician, visiting ministers, gardening opportunities, happy hour each week around the piano, and functions to celebrate special occasions.

We provide peace of mind for our residents, which in turn gives peace of mind to their families.
