Heritage Lakes Aged Care Residence is staffed by qualified State Registered Nurses who look after our Low and High Care Residents and are also on call 24/7 to activated emergency buttons in the Villas.

A full range of other health services are available including Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Optometry and Audiology.

Heritage Lakes also calls on the services of Dieticians and Nutritionists.

For those residents with varying degrees of Dementia, Heritage Lakes operates an innovative model of care based on The Hearthstone Way.

Heritage Lakes Aged Care Residence Low and High Care private suites have television, Foxtel, broadband internet and telephone outlets if required. Each elegant, spacious suite has an ensuite bathroom and can accommodate a bar fridge.

Heritage Lakes Aged Care Residence is centrally heated/airconditioned, with a luxuriously appointed dining room, lounge room with baby grand piano, fireplace and cocktail bar, outdoor areas and BBQ's. There are several informal sitting rooms with kitchenettes and flat screen TV's dotted around the residence, as well as a Pub, for informal get togethers with neighbours, family members and friends.

Residents enjoy fine dining in the Art Deco Style main dining room (Captains Table). Meals are cooked daily on the premises by our Head Chef in our State of the Art kitchen, with nutrition and dietary requirements well catered for.

An important focus at Heritage Lakes is residents' involvement and participation in community activities.
